2. Your Pasach.ai Account

3. Connecting Social Media Accounts

To provide analytics, Pasach.ai requires you to authorize access to your social media accounts through official platform APIs (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X, etc.).

By connecting your account, you grant Pasach.ai permission to:

Retrieve public data and engagement metrics,

Store connection tokens and social metrics,

Display and process this data within our Services.

You may revoke access at any time through the respective social media platform settings.

Pasach.ai does not store your social media passwords or access private messages, private posts, or private account details.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Services for unlawful, abusive, or harmful purposes,

Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or disrupt the platform,

Use Pasach.ai to scrape, archive, or misuse data beyond what the social networks permit,

Share or resell Pasach.ai analytics without authorization.

We may terminate or block accounts that misuse the platform or violate platform API rules.

5. Data and Content Ownership
5.1 Your Content

You retain all rights to the social media content retrieved from your connected accounts.

By using the Services, you grant Pasach.ai a limited license to:

Access, process, and display your publicly available social media data,

Use metrics to generate analytics results exclusively for your account.

We do not claim ownership of your content.

5.2 Our Content

Pasach.ai owns:

The platform,

Analytics algorithms,

Design, branding, and all underlying intellectual property.

You may not copy, distribute, or modify any part of the Services without prior written consent.

6. Subscription and Payment (If Applicable)

If Pasach.ai offers paid plans:

Fees, billing terms, and subscription details will be clearly displayed,

Payments are non-refundable unless required by law,

Plans may automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date.

If you need, we can also insert a refund clause or integrate Stripe/Apple/Google terms.

7. Third-Party Services

Our analytics depend on APIs from external platforms.
Your use of those platforms is subject to their own terms and policies.

Pasach.ai is not responsible for:

Changes to third-party APIs,

Downtime or data issues caused by those platforms,

Limitations or restrictions imposed by social networks.

8. Service Availability

We aim to maintain consistent access to our Services, but we do not guarantee that the platform will be:

Error-free,

Always available,

Free of interruptions or delays.

We may modify or discontinue parts of the Service at any time.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pasach.ai is not liable for:

Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages,

Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities,

Issues arising from third-party platforms or revoked permissions.

Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Service is to stop using it.

Availability of data from social media platforms,

Suitability for any specific purpose.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if:

You misuse the Service or API integrations,

We are required to do so by law or by a social media platform.

You may delete your account at any time. Termination does not affect any rights or obligations accrued before termination.
